Every item on this menu is made entirely by hand, in-house, using traditional Argentine techniques - laminated dough, slow-cooked fillings, no shortcuts. Because of this, each piece carries its own character. Slight variations in weight, size, and appearance are natural, expected, and honestly, part of what makes it real.
